Insurance Update

To Our Patients:
As of July 1st, 2017 we will no longer be In Network for the following insurance plans:
- BCBS for ALL product lines, Multi-Plan, First Care
- United HealthCare, Any Medicare Advantage Plans
- Seton Health Plan, Seton Health Network Managed Care Plans
Most diagnostic Ultrasound that Dr. Fullerton does are also not covered by Medicare or commercial carriers, so we will ask you to sign an Advance Beneficiary Notice where cost is explained to you, if you have a covered plan.
We will continue to be a Medicare Part B only provider with a secondary insurer through the end of 2017 and then we will be opting out of the Medicare system. We will not be on any MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS. This can be difficult to navigate with regard to whether you are a Part A/B recipient with a secondary insurer or a plan managed and paid through another commercial carrier.
