Here at ProloAustin we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and patients. As such we are monitoring the COVID-19 updates and taking recommendations from the CDC and local health authority officials. These are the steps we are taking to assure that we can continue to deliver excellent patient care to you.
We will be following our infection control policies during this time, emphasizing CDC approved hand washing techniques along with safe distancing where possible.
We have advised our employees who exhibit any flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with their physician. We are asking our patients that also show any flu-like symptoms to call us before coming to our office to discuss your situation. We will understand last minute cancellations during this period.
We have removed all magazines in our office during this time to further limit exposure risk. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For our patients that travel to see us or travel frequently via air, please check in with us prior to any appointments in this office so that we may assess the risk. Also, if you are immunosuppressed please contact our office to discuss your particular situation.
The safety of our patients and our team is the highest of priorities.
